Wake up Copenhagen
Its the hotel where we stayed. So clean and fresh and just a 5-10 minutes walk from the grand central station. The hotel is located at the center of the city and is close to the Tivoli Garden. A walking distance to the Town hall square, and a perfect location if you want to roam around the city. The personal were so friendly and very accomodating. We never had a bad experience in this hotel. Surely we will stay there again. http://www.wakeupcopenhagen.com/ The Tivoli Garden at night |
A winter visit in Copenhagen
Copenhagen is the capital and largest city of Denmark and is located in the islands of Zealand and Amager. The city Copenhagen and the Swedish city of Malmö are growing into a combined metropolitan area.
My fiance and I visited the city some time around November of 2010. It was snowing and again, the cold weather did not stop us from roaming around the city. Though this time I did not took a lot of pictures (regrets...regrets...regrets...regrets). We will be back there for sure some time around summer´of this year (hopefully).

Nowadays, the Round Tower serves as an observation tower for expansive views of Copenhagen, a public astronomical observatory and a historical monument |
